Computed Tomography Severity Score in COVID-19: Association with Inflammatory Markers and Patient Outcome

Objective: To associate CT severity score with inflammatory markers and to determine outcomes of COVID-19 patients admitted CMH Lahore.
 Study Design: Comparative cross-sectional study.
 Place Duration Study: Combined Military Hospital, Lahore Pakistan, from Mar Jun 2021.
 Methodology: Patients age 18 above, a positive RT-PCR, were included in the study Clinical radiological data 200 was retrieved analysed hospital registry.
 Results: In present study, we studied role predicting COVID-19. We have compared levels LDH, CRP, IL-6 serum Ferritin between two groups. LDH (p=0.015), (p=0.001) significantly different groups, but CRP not (p=0.811) significant.
 Conclusion: associates well clinical severity. Our suggest that chest scoring system can predict disease markers.
